little update

end of the month, waaaay too much going on these days for me to tell about right now. i was on call earlier this week, and was hoping that i would get called in so that i could update the blog while my patient regained his/her senses.
Lord knows i have been waiting for ME to do the same.
Enough for now. Just wanted to let my reader(s) know that i am still alive.
