HUGE, GRAND, WONDEROUS "THANK YOU" shout-out to my immediate family, especially my wife Tracey. without her support i would not be able to partake on this endeavour. really. it has been churning around in my head for many years, and one saturday afternoon it kinda leaked out of my head.
