more updates, and other stuff

two Sunday evenings ago i learned of this guy Carl Meltzer, a native of NH, who is attempting to set the speed record for completing the AT. He has since given up that goal (secondary to actue anterior tibialis tendonitis secondary to trench foot), but is still running the trail. Last year at this time i was obsessed (sp?) with climbing. couldn't read enough about it, checked sites daily, looked at pictures from climbing sites around the world....THIS year it is Adventure Racing.

what else.....Mike started 10th grade today, and Zach is now in middle school (6th grade).
Bryce is as crazy as ever. Tracey is tied up in a crazy situation with new daycare parents. Will she ever get a break?????
